CONVENTION WILL TAKE
PLACE MARCH 20TH & 21ST, 2010 AT HUCKLEBERRY'S HIDEOUT
Convention usually takes place every other year. However, with the most recent
festival cycle change it has been some time since we last held a convention.
Saturday March 20th
We will start Saturday morning off with the annual Board meeting at 10:00 am
( LUNCH ON YOUR OWN)
We have picked out a play titled "Todd and Becky" by Phil Olson .
We would like every Theater or individuals to bring to the convention their
version of the play.
Every one will be doing the same play, it should be fun to see how others interpret
the play.

All you have to bring are your costumes and a tinfoil hat. We will have all the rest of
the props.
We would like to start the plays at 2:00 at Huckleberry's
(SUPPER ON YOUR OWN)
At 7:00 the PANTOMIME
PLAYERS will be performing at Sylvester's until 9:00,
then Karaoke for all those great singers out there.We will provide Hors-d'oeuvre.
Sunday March 21st
At 10:00 we will have a round table discussion about anything that concerns our theaters
(THE GOOD, BAD AND THE UGLY)
Coffee, rolls and juice will be provided.
