And now, it's time for another thrilling episode of THE AMAZING

When we last looked in on our Hero, SPEDERMAN had retired to his Super-Secret Lair to prepare anew for his battle against the evil League Of Mediocrity.
But other forces were at work against SPEDERMAN. Before he fired Frank Solich, he had promised Huskerland that he would build a mighty fortress of solitude, that would help Huskerland in it's battle with the evil League Of Mediocrity.

SPEDERMAN had begged Tom Osborne for his permission to use his name on the fortress so he could raise enough money to build it. But after SPEDERMAN fired Solich, Tom Osborne was unhappy with SPEDERMAN, and decided to have a talk with him.
Tom looked all over for SPEDERMAN, but he was nowhere to be found.

The newspapers were also looking for SPEDERMAN.

Many in Huskerland were upset about what SPEDERMAN had done, and Steve Sipple, crack newspaperman, wanted to interview SPEDERMAN about it. But SPEDERMAN would not come out of hiding. So he decided that if SPEDERMAN was going to hide, he would give him some bad press. "That will make SPEDERMAN come out of his hole. If he won't let me interview him, I'll make him Infamous!"

So Steve Sipple interviewed many people, and wrote bad press about SPEDERMAN.
"My brother and I don't like what SPEDERMAN did. He should not have let his SPEDERSENSE get the best of him."

"Even my dogs hate SPEDERMAN! He is not a Great Guy!"

"That SPEDERMAN is kinda Whackadoo, ya know?

"SPEDERMAN is a Loser A.D.! He's going to run Huskerland into the ground! And he stinks!"

"We think SPEDERMAN is hot!"

What will SPEDERMAN do? Will all this bad press make SPEDERMAN surface again?
